Refunds Policy

1.Introduction

Inklidox Technologies Private Limited is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with all software development, IT services, and digital solutions offered. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the procedures customers must follow to initiate a request. This helps maintain transparent and fair business practices for both the company and the customer.

2.Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered only in situations where the purchased service has not been initiated or where Inklidox Technologies is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work. A refund may also be granted if the delivered output significantly deviates from documented project requirements and cannot be reasonably corrected by our technical team. Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the nature of the project and the progress of work completed.

3.Non-Refundable Services

Certain services and products are strictly non-refundable. This includes software development work once the project has begun, customized solutions where effort or resources have already been invested, subscription-based services that have been activated, digital deliverables that have been accessed or downloaded, and third-party tools, licenses, or cloud resources purchased specifically for the customer. Training sessions, consultations, and onboarding services already delivered are also non-refundable.

4.Refund Request Process

Customers who seek a refund must submit a written request to info@inklidox.com, including their full name, contact details, order or invoice number, and a detailed explanation of the issue. The request is then reviewed by our internal team within seven business days. Additional information may be requested to evaluate the claim before a final decision is made.

5.Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, Inklidox Technologies will initiate the refund process to the customer’s original payment method. Refunds typically take between 7 to 21 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway procedures. Inklidox Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or intermediaries involved in the payment transaction.

6.Special Conditions & Limitations

Refunds will not be issued in cases of customer negligence, delays caused by the customer’s unavailability, or changes in project scope after commencement. If the customer initiates a bank dispute without contacting Inklidox Technologies, the refund process may be temporarily halted until verification is completed. Refund decisions made by Inklidox Technologies are final and binding based on the evidence and documentation provided.

7.BO Clause (Bank Obligation Clause)

In accordance with our payment gateway terms, Inklidox Technologies bears no liability for losses arising from transaction decline due to the cardholder exceeding pre-set limits agreed upon with their issuing bank. This is a standard regulatory requirement applicable to all digital payments.

8.Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes and issues related to refunds will be governed under the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu.
